Info: Dr. Mickey L. Walters founded Faith Outreach Christian School in 1984. In 1989 the school name was changed to Faith Outreach Academy. Dr. Walters attended Moody Bible College and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Theology. She later received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from IBI. She received her MA in Christian Counseling from Whitfield Theological Seminary in 1990 and also an MA in Pastoral Psychology and Counseling from Faith Theological Seminary.
Dr. Walters is a member of the National Christian Counselors Association and is ordained with the National Christian Conservative Church and Faith Outreach Center.
She currently serves as Administrator of Faith Outreach Academy.

Julie A. Sierra

Info: Mrs. Julie A. Sierra was born in Ravenna, Ohio. She attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1983. She also attended Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College and received a Bachelor of Theology in 1995 and her Master of Christian Education in 1997.
Mrs. Sierra has worked at Faith Outreach Academy for 12 years, four of these years as a fifth grade teacher and the last eight years as the principal. She also works with the middle school and high school students when needed.

Info: Mrs. Tammie J. Hobbs was born in Tampa, Florida. She is a graduate from Leto High School. She received her Associate in Theology in 2007 from Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College and is working towards receiving her Bachelor in Christian Education.
Mrs. Hobbs has worked at Faith Outreach Academy for 7 years as the Financial/Office Manager and now as the Assistant Principal as well as the Financial Manager.

Cynthia Mistler

Info: Mrs. Mistler has been teaching children ranging from age 3 years to 9 years old for 12 years. She has her CDA and Directors Degree for preschool. Mrs. Mistler joined FOA in 2008 and returns this year as the K3 teacher.

Ivelisse Rodriguez

Info: Ms. Ivelisse Rodriguez was born in Puerto Rico and later moved to New York. She graduated from Lehman College in New York City with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Special Education. Ms. Rodriguez has been teaching students for 25 years ranging from 5th grade to 9th grade. Ms. Rodriguez has taught 4th to 9th grade at the Academy for the past six years, as well as, being a co-director for our Christmas dramas.
