-
Preschool through Grade 12 - Parents of new students must be born-again believers who are active, committed members of Faith Outreach Center or another Bible-believing local church body. A letter of reference or questionnaire (available from the Academy's office) is required from the pastor of the church in which the parents are members. (Additionally, students in grades 6 - 12 will have an information sheet mailed to their Pastor or Youth Pastor to be completed and returned for our files to verify the student is involved in church activities. Students can be admitted under probation until all references are submitted, or those who do not meet these requirements, may be admitted at the discretion of the administrator, if the parents are willing to become actively involved with their child at Faith Outreach Center).
-
Preschool through Grade 12 - Before admission, all required forms must be completed and submitted to the school office along with the appropriate registration fee. After the paperwork is reviewed, both parents (unless single parent with custody) and the prospective student must have an interview with the administrator. If, after the screening process is complete the student is not accepted, the registration fee will be refunded in full. If the student is accepted and the parents change their mind, after having been notified that the student is accepted, the registration fee will not be refunded.
-
Preschool through Grade 12 - During the registration period and no later than the first day of school, records will be requested from previous school. If records are not forwarded to F.O.A. within thirty (30) days from the first day of school, your child may not return to class until records are received.
-
Preschool through Grade 12 - Proper registration is very essential. Parents are required to complete all forms at the time of registration. If submitted forms are inaccurate or incomplete, a student is subject to suspension (unexcused absence) until the forms are complete/accurate. By state law, registration forms must be complete and accurate.
-

In addition, students in first grade through twelfth grade must satisfactorily complete an entrance examination, consisting of vocabulary, reading comprehension, and math.
-
Students in grades 6 through 12 will not be considered for admission into the Academy after the first seven weeks of the first quarter, unless they are transferring students from out of state or another city or another Christian school. Consideration of non-transfer students will be given at the beginning of the new school year.
NON-DISCRIMINATORY POLICY - Faith Outreach Academy does not discriminate on the basis of a student's race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, or disability in its admission policy.
